• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and returned to the original payment method.
• Sale items and custom orders are non‑returnable.

Shipping / Service Policy

Orders are shipped within 2–4 business days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on location:

• Islamabad / Rawalpindi: 1–2 days
• Other cities: 3–5 days. We use trusted courier services — TCS and Leopards Courier to ensure safe and timely delivery. Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.
